Sentence publication and communication
The sentence is issued through its filing at the office of the judge who pronounced it. The registrar gives credit to the filing at the bottom of the sentence and affixes the date and his signature; within five days he informs the established parties by a note containing the operative part of the law.

The notice reported in the second sub-section can be transmitted by fax or e-mail according to legislation on subscription, transmission and reception of informative documents by using telecommunication way. To this end, the counsel of the defence shows in the first defensive act the fax number or e-mail address where he intends to receive the notice.

The order is concisely justified. In case of hearing pronunciation, the order is inserted in the report (130.1762); in case of pronunciation out of hearing, the order is written at the bottom of report or on a different form containing the date and judge signature, or president signature for assembly process (176 ss. 279, 487). The registrar informs the parties about the order pronounced out of hearing, unless the law prescribes the order to be notified.

Decrees pronounced in audience are considered known both by the parties who were present or the ones who had to appear. Those pronounced out of hearing are transmitted by registrar within the following three days (1342, 136, 186).
