THE
ORDER OF TRANSFER
It is the regulation of the Judge through which the real entitlement is transmitted by the debtor that has it to the final purchaser that in this way becomes the new owner.
It is the equivalent of the notarial title in the trading between private
people. With this decree the Judge orders the write-off of all the registrations of mortgage and foreclosure on that immovable property, and orders to leave it free from whoever occupies it without title. The order of transfer is subject to cadastral transfer and to registration in the general registers of real estate advertising. Buying immovable properties from the Court, there will be the reopening of the building condono, if necessary by 120 days from the withdrawal of the final order of transfer.
