“Buying a house in the auction in a safe simple way”. This is, briefly, the mission of Asteitalia, a company that in Italy is leader in the real estate sale sector by judicial auctions, and in the advice before and after the sale.
Thanks to the know-how developed in these years by a group of managers of important banks and real estate agencies has born Asteitalia.
It is an exclusive point of strength that allows us to satisfy the needs of thousands of people that are interested in buying a house.
Moreover, agreements with important banks allow our clients to have loans or personalized loans at the best market rate.
The aim of Asteitalia is to be at the service of the “citizen” that is interested into the auction market and that has a little knowledge of the ways to participate and of the fulfilments necessary for the documentation.
Another important service of Asteitalia is the personalized “screening” that we offer to all the clients that contact the network offices.
Thanks to the ten-year experience of Asteitalia in the auction market we created the website asteitalia.com, that allows the user to have “in real time” and “for free” useful information to directly choose the immovable property. In addition to the news about the products the client can see all the documentation on the property and the information useful to do all the formalities and to buy it. In few months time, as foreseen in the project, the website asteitalia.com will be available into other languages thanks to a modern multilingual system. This system will help Asteitalia website to increase the number of its clients and to enlarge its activity on the country. It is a strategic choice created also thanks to the commercial, financial and operative agreement with G.M.M. Inc. (an American group which is leader in the real estate sector), with the direct job of managing/selling immovable properties in Italy and abroad.
Today Asteitalia is a company that works in the Italian market. As a help for Asteitalia project and for the network, we created “Il Foglio Legale”, a fortnightly newspaper of information about real estate auctions. It is distributed in the most important Italian Courts and in the newsagents of the most important Italian cities. This new publishing activity wants to increase Asteitalia brand awareness, to enlarge the number of the clients and to give useful information through the newspaper and the web (with real-time information).
